Smart Cities: Edge and Fog computing with Blockchain and LPWAN technologies

In this project, we leverage the low-power and long-range capabilities of LPWAN technologies, together with hybrid distributed computing architectures from the Fog and Edge computing paradigm to extend existing IoT ecosystems. Combining these technologies with Blockchain-enabled security at the edge of the network, we are able to design smarter applications that optimize the use of both computational and network resources.
